Bananas and Pumpkin

Babyment

Ingredients:

1. 250g of pumpkin.

2. One banana (90g).

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into many pieces.

2. Put it into a saucepan with water.

3. Cover and cook over a low heat until it become very tender.

4. Use a spoon to mash the pumpkin.

5. Mash the banana and add the pumpkin puree.

6. If necessary, put it into the food processor or blender to make it puree.
